1. The App. Journey to the West: Illustrated (西游绘卷) is a one-time paid app distributed through the Apple App Store. There is no free tier, no subscription, and no in-app purchases. Purchase, billing, refunds, and Family Sharing are handled by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
2. License. Subject to these Terms and Apple’s EULA, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial reading.
3. Acceptable use. Please do not copy, redistribute, decompile, or reverse-engineer the App, or extract its translations, illustrations, or audio for redistribution or for training machine-learning models. Do not use the App in any unlawful way.
4. Intellectual property. Journey to the West (《西游记》) by Wu Cheng’en is a public-domain literary work. The modern translations, original ink illustrations, page design, audio narration, and software in this App are original works © 2026 Mojuan (西游绘卷工作室) and are protected by copyright. All rights reserved except as expressly granted above.
5. Files you import. Any books or files you import remain yours and are stored only on your device. We claim no rights to them, do not access them, and make no guarantee of format compatibility or conversion accuracy.
6. Disclaimers. The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
8. Changes. We may update these Terms; the current version will always be posted on this page with the effective date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
